Cancellation Policy
🕊️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Payments are non-refundable, unless under extreme circumstances of the client or The Cotswolds Baby Photographer. Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, recovery, or baby’s arrival timing, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, you will be offered the earliest alternative date or a full refund of your deposit. 🚗 Travel Policy Travel is included free of charge within 30 miles of CV37 7TA (Stratford-upon-Avon). 👶 During Your Session Sessions are baby-led and entirely relaxed. There is no posing or use of props, I work around your baby’s natural rhythm and comfort. All I ask is that you wear relaxed, comfortable clothes, preferably neutral in colour. 💻 Editing, Delivery & Albums You will receive your online gallery and slideshow within 24 hours (next-day delivery) Your 20 edited digital images and 1-minute film are delivered via a private online gallery which I will send a link to as soon as it's perfect the day after. Your luxury photo album is designed and ordered once your gallery has been delivered and approved. My editing style remains consistent with The Cotswolds Baby Photographer brand: a mix of colour and black and white, natural, soft, and timeless. No raw or unedited files are provided. 💿 Copyright & Usage All images and films are copyright of The Cotswolds Baby Photographer (Zara Marsh). Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing and printing. With your written permission, selected images may be used for portfolio, website, or social media features. If you prefer your images remain private, please let me know in writing before your session.
